August 3, 2009
Brooklyn, NY – Accelify, LLC announces the launch of AcceliTIME 3.0, which will replace the STARs RMS system. AcceliTIME is an end-to-end service and technology solution designed to handle the entire School District Administrative Claiming lifecycle.
“We are very excited to bring this newly enhanced web-based RMS system into the market in time for the 2009-2010 school year,” said Jack Goldenberg, CEO of Accelify. “SDAC claims amount to a huge revenue source fo r our school districts and AcceliTIME will make the entire time study process simpler for them. It allows school district staff to document their activity codes for each moment in less than 30 seconds.”
Designed to handle both Random Moment Time Sample and Time Log methodologies, the multi-functional system is implemented by a dedicated Accelify team that works with school district personnel to ensure a smooth transition and proper training. Once employed, AcceliTIME will manage the entire SDAC claiming process from conducting the time study itself to receipt of Federal funds.
The AcceliTIME SDAC claims management system is full-featured with Administrative tools that ensure staff have properly documented their moments, an email based tickler system to provide staff with reminders to complete their sample moments, and online documentation and submission of cost poo l information.
“We’ve created a robust yet user-friendly system to maximize our clients SDAC revenues,” continued Mr. Goldenberg. “We are confident that AcceliTIME will contribute to the exceptional results we consistently bring to our clients—in many cases two to three times the Medicaid revenue they received before working with us.”
