Accelify Announces Expansion of California Operations

Los Angeles, March 3, 2011—On Thursday Accelify, LLC announced the opening of its second office in California to facilitate operations for the company’s growing clientele in the state. The Los Angeles-based office will serve the southern portion of the state and will be headed by Winter White. Another office, based in Chico, serves California’s northern half and is headed by Eileen Dolan and Laurie Masingale.

They have already conducted 100s of hours of on-site trainings, which will substantially increase provider participation and therefore increase Medicaid reimbursements for our districts. “

Eileen Dolan has been manag ing school-based Medi-Cal programs since August 2003 as the Glenn County Office of Education Region II LEC Coordinator. As LEC coordinator, she increased participation in the MAA program from 24 schools to 130 schools, had the highest participation rates, and brought in the highest reimbursements. Prior to her work as an LEC Coordinator, Eileen spent 20 years as a speech therapist.
Laurie Masingale has more than nine years of experience working with grants at the community college and K-12 levels. During this time she utilized her experience in banking and finance to locate funding to grow and expand programs. Laurie also managed the MAA program at the LEC level at the Glenn County Office of Education, where she helped grow the program from 24 to 125 sites, trained and assisted all sites with MAA claims, and created and maintained all MAA project spreadsheets and forms.
Winter White is responsible for MAA and LEA client training. Prior to joining Accelify, Winter was the learning technologies instructor/courseware developer for JetBlue Airways, where she was responsible for the facilitation of both technical and soft skills training for over 2000 staff members.

Green Dot Public Schools is a charter school system in Los Angeles that has gained national attention for transforming large, failing schools into clusters of small, successful schools that are focused on graduating students and fully preparing them for college.
