TRACK STUDENT SERVICE TOTALS YEAR OVER YEAR
We’ve recently been hearing from many of you that you want the ability to compare service totals by month across years. AccliTRACK’s new dashboard gives you the ability to do just this, providing clearer visibility into service delivery trends and quick identification of any outliers from year to year.
LEARN WHAT PERCENTAGE OF TIME PROVIDERS ARE ACTUALLY
SPENDING WITH STUDENTS
We’ve also heard that you want a clearer idea of how much time providers are spending with students as compared to other activities or events. Our new Provider Time Report allows you to view the total # of minutes and % of time each provider is spending on each type of event documented in AcceliTRACK.
GAIN INSIGHT INTO HOW MUCH REVENUE EACH PROVIDER TYPE IS GENERATING
IN EACH SCHOOL
We understand that knowing where your revenue is coming from is a key component of decision making when it comes to maximizing claiming opportunities. Our Revenue Analysis Report by School now includes the option to group by provider type, so you can know exactly how much revenue each provider type is generating in each school and where additional support or training may be needed.
EASILY DETERMINE WHETHER MISSING PARENTAL CONSENTS ARE PREVENTING THE RECOUPMENT OF MEDICAID FUNDS
One of the biggest reasons services for students with active eligibility cannot be claimed is due to a missing parental consent form. While there are many reasons a signed consent form may be missing, you can now target your efforts at obtaining consent for students with active eligibility using the new parental consent status filter added to the Student Eligibility Report.
