The National Council on Disability recently released a progress report on national disability policy. As the leading provider of Medicaid and Consulting Services in Special Education, Accelify is acutely aware of Federal policy issues that relate to students with disabilities (SWDs). The report, which highlights progress that our country has made in promoting and protecting the rights of individuals with disabilities, and identifies opportunities to promote policy that will contribute to a more inclusive environment, is one such publication that helps us to stay abreast of Federal policy affecting SWDs. Our commitment to bettering opportunities and educational outcomes for SWDs is an important part of what we do at Accelify, and the policies and laws that affect individuals with disabilities play an important part in creating an inclusive environment for all individuals.
