Highlights from our latest version release!

 Version 3.8.0.1 is scheduled to be released on July 4th! 

We’re releasing a number of  new features and enhancements with this version to both AcceliTRACK and AcceliROUTE. Check out the highlights below!

Enhancement: Service Line Pie Chart
We’re giving providers even greater insight into service delivery compliance. The Service Line Pie Chart now represents the total minutes delivered and due from the start of the school year or beginning of the service line (whichever is more recent) to-date , not overall.

New Report! Service Line Compliance
Providers can now monitor their compliance delivering IEP services by delivery status. A new Service Line Compliance report has been added to the provider system, which displays compliance percentages by delivery status (i.e delivered, absent provider, absent student, student refused).

Enhancement: Calendar Cell Duration
A new option to default the calendar cell duration to 20 minute increments has been added to the AcceliTRACK User Settings page, giving providers even more control over their calendar display.

New AcceliROUTE Report! Route Overview
Tracking completed and scanned transportation logs is now easier than ever. The new AcceliROUTE Route Overview  report provides quick access to the percentage of transportation logs scanned back into the system, validated, and those with exceptions. Data can be viewed by route group or individual route.

Enhancement: Scanned Document Preview
When validating scanned documents in the Scanned Document Manager, a preview of the scanned document now appears right beside the digital trip information rather than in a separate window. Here’s to that!
