Chesapeake Public Schools Awards Contract to Accelify to Provide Medicaid Billing Software and Services

New York, NY – June 29, 2018 – Accelify Solutions, LLC (Accelify) is pleased to announce that Chesapeake Public Schools (CPS) has awarded a contract to Accelify to provide Medicaid billing software and services. CPS awarded the contract through a competitive bid process and will be implementing Accelify’s industry-leading special education service tracking system, AcceliTRACK, in addition to Accelify’s transportation tracking system, AcceliROUTE, personal care services tracking system, AccelPCS, and Medicaid billing management system, AcceliCLAIM. Accelify will also provide comprehensive Medicaid billing consulting and support services to CPS to maximize the School Division’s Medicaid reimbursements.

With the addition of CPS, Accelify will now manage Medicaid billing programs for 10 of the 20 largest school divisions in the Commonwealth. CPS is one of the largest school systems in Virginia, serving 40,000 students. The division has one of the highest on-time graduation rates and one of the lowest drop-out rates in the Commonwealth.
