Accelify is about helping school districts across the country tap into Medicaid revenue, that would otherwise be lost. Nationwide, the services provided by school districts that are not claimed for Medicaid reimbursement amount to hundreds of millions of dollars. For some of our clients, these figures were in excess of several hundred thousands of dollars. It’s staggering when you stop and think about it.
We did, so you don’t have to. With its origins in the 1990s, Accelify operates with the underlying philosophy of providing the services and products that allow our clients to maximize their federal revenue. We develop custom-tailored solutions to meet each school district’s needs.
In doing so, we’ve grown to become the second largest school district Medicaid billing agent in the country. Currently, we provide services to well over 1,000 school districts in 9 states. Collectively, those school districts have more than 500,000 Special Education students. We’ve also been endorsed by many statewide organizations. We’ve accomplished this because we make it our business not to get bogged down in bureaucracy, we’re well versed in the latest technologies, and most importantly, we never stop looking for better solutions.

It’s simple really. Before we make our clients sign on the dotted line, we begin each new business relationship by undertaking a free detailed evaluation of a school district’s current Medicaid claiming procedures. Once we get this “big picture” of where a district is at, we provide them with a report identifying the strengths and weaknesses in their current operations and what should be done to maximize their revenue. This report includes a comparative analysis to other school districts both in-state and nationwide.
Once we are engaged, we manage every project with a “whatever it takes” attitude to deliver high-quality services and products in a professional manner on a timely basis. Our services are based on our proprietary AcceliSERV technology. AcceliSERV is a modular, web-based, student management system that allows our clients to implement only what they need when they need it. We pride ourselves on making sure that it is extremely user friendly. Its components were designed to deliver solutions unique to each school district's needs.
Our web-based solutions can be easily implemented by each district’s existing staff using only their current Information Technology infrastructure. This results in maximum benefit and minimum expenditure for our clients. |

| While it's true that our business is based largely on a strong technology component, we believe just as strongly in more traditional business practices, like face-to-face meetings and getting to know our clients. So, as our technology is being implemented, our experienced training team collaborates with each client to develop training customized to match that client’s individual solution. Our experience has taught us that proper training is a critical element to ensuring both compliance and maximum revenue. That’s one of the reasons we employ staff in each state where we operate. We also believe strongly that our direct interaction with our clients enhances our ability to serve them. To us, a technical support line isn’t the only answer.
